My Approach

Nutrition and health information can be very overwhelming and complex with the many fad diets in the news, new “superfoods” touting miracle health benefits, and people who freely distribute health information that isn’t accurate and sometimes dangerous. I aim to decipher the facts from fiction and use science ratified realistic and effective approaches to incorporate into your lifestyle to achieve your health goals. On my blog I love to share wellness articles for a variety of lifestyles and healthy statuses.

As a Nutritionist, I aim to assist you in creating your own personalised plan through encouragement, education, inspiration and support. Creating healthy behaviours in the realms of nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management will become effortless as you program a ‘new you’.

My approach is about living a healthy life the way you can enjoy and actually stick to! I don’t like to use the term “diets” or advocate strict diets unless from a medical nutrition therapy standpoint or to meet specific nutrition related goals, which require more adherence.

I truly believe in an “everything in moderation approach” aimed at supporting each member of our healthy high family to eat mindfully, form healthy habits and lead a disease free life.
